Return and Replacement Policy:
We stand behind the quality of all our products. You may return any non-custom items in its original condition, within 14 days of receipt of the shipment. A return will only be accepted if the product was damaged during shipment, or if the product you received is different than what was paid for. We will review your item when returned and if needed send a replacement out to you. All customers will pay the shipping cost to ship the product back to us.
Due to the nature of high volume of shipping, SOL CONTROL cannot guarantee that merchandise will be received without cosmetic or incidental imperfections. By purchasing item/items, you agree to any terms and conditions we have listed. Your must e-mail us for any return or replacement within 5 days after receiving the item/items. Your account no. And item order number are needed as well. The item must not be used and must be in the original packaging with all accessories. We reserve the right to have the unit exchanged (depends on stock status).
Shopper who wants to return items for a full refund, will be charged 25% restocking fees. However, SOL CONTROL cannot exchange or replace custom items and does not pay for return shipping.
